CLIENT

Agility Health is one of the largest Physical Therapy service providers in the United States and Canada with hundreds of locations and serving over a dozen hospitals.

CHALLENGE

Agility health couldn’t use an existing billing system and get all of the reporting that was necessary because of the several businesses rolled up into the Agility Health corporation. Other systems didn’t support that. This was critical to the success of the organization.

SOLUTION

The solution was to dive into their existing system in order to make things work quickly and help the business. Once this was completed we were tasked with completely rebuilding the Billing Software as a System. We took a UX first, prototyping approach followed by agile sprints for development. The final solution is being used by hundreds of clinics and dozens of hospitals.
