Join our team as a UI/UX Designer, where you’ll specialize in creating visually compelling and intuitive user interfaces that not only captivate but also drive conversions. Your role is pivotal in blending the art of design with the science of CRO to enhance customer experiences and boost business outcomes.
Your new adventure:
- UI-First Approach: Lead the design process by crafting aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly interfaces. Focus on visual elements like layout, color schemes, typography, and iconography to create emotionally resonant and action-driving designs.
- Research-Driven Design: Conduct thorough user research to understand customer preferences and behaviors. Utilize these insights to inform UI decisions, ensuring designs are aligned with user needs and market trends.
- Holistic Experience Design: Create a cohesive customer journey across various digital touchpoints, with an emphasis on optimizing the visual and interactive aspects of web designs.
- Prototyping & Wireframing: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups with a UI-centric perspective. Test and refine layouts, user flows, and interactions, focusing on visual appeal and usability.
- Optimization & Conversion: Revamp landing pages, navigation systems, and user interfaces with a strong emphasis on clear, engaging calls-to-action. Streamline the conversion process to minimize user friction and maximize conversions.
- Data-Driven Iteration: Utilize A/B testing and data analysis to refine UI designs continually. Emphasize creating design variations that perform best in engaging users and facilitating conversions.
- Collaborative Synergy: Work closely with product managers, marketers, and developers, ensuring UI designs are integrated seamlessly with overall project objectives and are technically feasible.
Does this sound like you?
- 5+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design with a focus on CRO.
- A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX/UI design, CRO, and maybe icon design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, and maybe Axure.
- Experience with A/B testing and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with web development, including HTML, CSS, and a basic understanding of JavaScript.
- A passion for creating user-centered designs that drive business success.
- Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
