Sales Manager – Software Testing Outsourcing Services

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in selling software testing outsourcing services to businesses. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and overseeing a team of sales professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets for software testing outsourcing services.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through a variety of channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing clients.
- Create and deliver effective presentations and proposals to potential and existing clients.
- Manage the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, and ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Interview, vet, hire, train, and manage a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and achieve team targets.
- Work collaboratively with other departments, including the software testing/QA department, to ensure that customer needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
- Efficiently work with CRM software to manage sales activities and follow up on leads and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in selling software testing outsourcing services.
- Experience interviewing, vetting, hiring, training, and managing a team of sales professionals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the software testing outsourcing services industry, including industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads, build and maintain customer relationships, and close deals.
- Experience with CRM software and managing inbound leads is a must.
