Ivan Bezdenezhnih
Ivan's professional journey in the tech industry, marked by continuous growth and specialization in software development process improvement, began with his education in computer software engineering. Alongside his formal education, Ivan has completed courses in the ISO 9000 Quality Management System and became a Certified Scrum Master. He also holds a Brainbench Java Developer Certificate and an MBS Navision Financial Management Certificate.
Ivan started as a Java Developer in 2000, focusing on Java, CORBA, and distributed software. His interest in business analysis and desire to explore various domains. In 2001, Ivan transitioned to roles as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, and Quality Analyst. He was instrumental in building processes, guidelines, and standards for a major software development company, managing requirements for key projects including document management software for Heidelberg Company and the MBS Navision ERP integration for a significant grocery retail company.
In 2004, Ivan stepped into a Project Management role, overseeing software development and integration projects, including the launch of an online bookstore for a major Russian bookselling company. His leadership skills were evident as he managed different teams of up to 20 people, from design and development to quality assurance.
Joining BIT Studios in 2009, Ivan first served as a Project Manager, where he managed diverse custom software development projects. He then advanced to the role of Head of Business Analysis, focusing on scaling best practices, recruiting new project managers and business analysts, and contributing to technical stack decisions for various projects including Linklogiq, StipTrac, and Office Troop.
Ivan's broad experience across different technical environments, combined with his ongoing self-education, establishes him as a credible and knowledgeable business analysis expert. His vision at BIT Studios centers on enhancing software testing and quality, refining software development processes, and effectively managing requirements frameworks and technical approaches.
